You will be happy to know that at Tea Leaf Clothing, coupon codes CAN be applied to pre-order items! I am unable to guarantee the delivery date, if there is a delay from the manufacturer, I will update you on the new shipping date via e-mail and keep you posted on when you will be receiving your item. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the order at the time the order is placed. If your order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be given. I cannot accept cancellations on pre-orders. If changes to the delivery address have to be made, I can do that but otherwise, the order cannot be altered.

Important Information about International Shipping
Items ship in fewest packages possible therefore your order will ship when all the items are in stock, partial orders will not be shipped. Tea Leaf Clothing is not responsible for any postal, customs, or pick-up fees. Tea Leaf Clothing is not responsible for duties and taxes on shipments to international countries. The buyer is liable for any duties and taxes a package incurs upon entering the buyer's country. The buyer is also responsible for clearance charges and return shipping if a return package is sent back to Tea Leaf Clothing for any reason. If a package is denied at customs for any reason, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees. As a buyer, be aware of your country's taxes, duties, fees, and import restrictions before ordering from Tea Leaf Clothing. Please note, that the buyer is responsible for any fees, taxes, duties, return shipping for refused and abandoned shipments from Tea Leaf Clothing due to refusal to pay duties or taxes, errors in provided shipping address, being away when post tries to deliver the package, returned packages as contents are not allowed in the buyer's country and any other reason for refusal or abandonment of package. If a package is refused or is undeliverable to the buyer and is Returned to Sender (Returned to Tea Leaf Clothing) a 10% re-stocking fee will be assessed and subtracted from the total refund. I scoured the Internet to see what other boutiques were doing for returns and exchanges, I was really surprised with the strict rules and regulations so I hope to provide a different experience for the buyer.
The MOST important thing for me and what marks Tea Leaf Clothing’s success is that 100% of my clients are 100% satisfied with their purchases. I am easy to work with so if there is a problem, just let me know with an e-mail or phone call and I will work with you to make sure you are happy with the results.
So here goes the small print!

First, contact me for a Return Authorization Number (RA#), fill out a RETURN FORM and make sure your item is in the same condition you received it in. Package everything up, write the return address on the envelope as well as the RA#. I am not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, damaged en route to me so please insure and/or get delivery confirmation with tracking. Customers are responsible for return shipping cots. If a package is refused or is undeliverable to the buyer and is Returned to Sender (Returned to Tea Leaf Clothing) a 10% re-stocking fee will be assessed and subtracted from the total refund. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
Canadian and Worldwide orders:
Customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
ALL returns MUST have an approved Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained by e-mailing or calling Tea Leaf Clothing at the e-mail or phone located at the bottom of this page. Returns without the RA# will be refused and returned to sender.
For faster processing, write the Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the outside of the package. Return form must be included and completely filled out for the return to be processed, if you need help filling out the form, contact me and I can walk you through it. Remember to let me know if you want a store credit, full refund or exchange, if no return payment method is selected, you will automatically receive store credit. If you do not have a return form, please contact me and I will e-mail one back to you.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, contact Tea Leaf Clothing within 48 hours of receiving the item. You can call 310 359 2198 or email returns@tealeafclothing.com . Please include your order number for faster processing. I inspect ALL items that go out to you right before packaging them up to make sure there were no flaws from the vendor.
Tea Leaf Clothing reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if excessive return / exchange history exists with the client.

Please note that SALE and CLEARANCE items are all FINAL sale, no exceptions. No refunds will be given, no exchanges will be allowed. All returned SALE and CLEARANCE items will be refused and returned to sender. A SALE and CLEARANCE item is an item that is in the ‘Clearance’ or ‘Sale’ category and/or an item that ends with '.11' (eleven cents). If you are not sure something is FINAL sale, please contact me and I can clear it up for you.
Note that coupon codes cannot be used on SALE and CLEARANCE items. If a coupon code is applied to a SALE or CLEARANCE item it will be removed and the buyer will be responsible for paying the amount that was displayed BEFORE the code was applied.
Final Sale items also encompass lingerie, handbags, jewelry, belts, swimwear, hats, accessories and intimates.
If the items do not fall in the categories mentioned above: All items can be returned, in their original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered condition and with all tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit. All boxes and original packaging must be included.
Please make sure your package is trackable with the enclosed Delivery Confirmation sticker if your item is lost or stolen and is not trackable I cannot be responsible and no refund will be given.
Items that are not in their original condition, without tags, worn or altered will NOT be accepted.
Returns and Exchanges are processed every Thursday. It may take your financial institutions a few weeks to process the return and for it to appear on your credit card. All transactions will appear as Tea Leaf Clothing on your statements.
I suggest placing an exchange order via phone or email so I can place a hold on the order so the item does not sell out before I receive the return.

Try on shoes on carpeted surfaces, do not walk outside or on hard surfaces as shoes scuff easily. The boxes are a very important part of the entire package so keep all boxes and packing materials in their original condition.
When trying on tops, do be careful so that makeup does not rub off on the garments. Returned items with stains (makeup or otherwise) will not be accepted.
Intimates (such as lingerie and swimwear) are NOT RETURNABLE.
